Re: AMD X2 AM2 Processor Delays To The United Kingdom.

As you may be aware, the UK is experiencing considerable delays in the shipment of certain AMD X2 CPUs. For MESH, these exclude the AM2 X2 5200+ and FX products. This is resulting in MESH seeing a significant restriction in supply of our AMD based PCs only to our customers.

Whilst we have written to many customers explaining the current situation we would like to publicly add that we do apologise for any delay to any AMD based order you might have placed, and hope you may appreciate that this is entirely outside our control.

We are assured, however, that MESH is considered a pre-eminent strategic partner of AMDs and when supply does become available within Europe, we will be amongst the first System Integrators to receive inventory.

Whilst we do expect stock to arrive to MESH shortly, deliveries do tend to be erratic and shipment volumes are falling considerably shorter than expected.

If you wish to maintain your order, rest assured that you would be one of the first in the UK to receive an outstanding CPU in a superbly specified PC.

However, we do understand that you may wish to switch your order to an equivalent Intel specification. If you would like to undertake an Intel based replacement utilising an equivalent CPU, we estimate we will able to dispatch your order within 5 working days. We would ask you to contact our Sales Department and, if your order was taken on the phone originally, ask for your sales advisor who will be only to happy to assist.

However, if you wish to continue with your order as is, rest assured when we receive your AMD CPU, we will despatch your system to you as soon as possible. Please note that in this case you do not need to contact MESH and we will continue with your order, as originally intended.

Again we apologise for the disruption. Please rest assured that we are doing all that we can to ensure that any further delays are minimised.
