    Copy and check

I would like to shift all the data from one drive to another. While it doesn't happen often, I have been burnt before in the sense that I've had data getting corrupted during the copying process. While that was hardware fault (motherboard), it's not a risk I am willing to take when shifting 100s of GB.

Are there any file copy application with good CRC checks? I *could* just create an MD5 of my source, then do a check once everything is transferred. Would probably take a few hours (2.5" USB drives aren't the quickest), but at least provide me with peace of mind.

But I was just wondering if there's anything I can use instead that requires a bit less manual work?
