Hi guys,

I got a plain AB9 a few days ago, and I'm having serious problems with a DDR2 Corsair kit I bought to use with it. It's a TWIN2X2048-6400 kit.

I don't know which BIOS version my board came with, but I saw many comments that it would be needed to flash to the newest one to use the 800Mhz memory. So I got a Kingston DDR2 667Mhz, booted with it with no problems, and flashed to 1.6.

I've also tried setting the voltages manually on the BIOS to upper levels like 1.9v and 1.95v and did't got it to work. The mobo starts and hangs on memory testing reporting post code 25, 52 or 0D.

I don't know what else I can try, thinking I might need to get another board from a different brand, since this one is giving me too much trouble yet.

My current config (testing barebone):
Abit AB9 - BIOS 1.6
Huntkey Greenstar 450W - LW-6450SG
Core 2 DUO E6400 (stock) + Box Cooler
2 x 1GB Corsair XMS2 800 (CM2X1024-6400)
Sapphire ATI Radeon X1650 PRO

Any suggestions on how can I make this memory work would be great!

Thanks!
