overclocking f190hd

I was wondering if anyone has managed to overclock this board?
I have tried to overclock an e6320 and my current q6600 and both go to the same point (2.7) before the computer freezes. Im sure its not heat or voltages as my machine is running cool, I have even installed a water cooler though this seems a waste of money now. The two different systems had different memory ( I am using ozz vista upgrade 4 gig right now). It really does feel like something is stopping the system going faster other then heat and voltage as I have tried to increase them but to no avail. Any help or suggestions would be gratefully recieved. THANKS
