    IN9 32-Max wifi and SATA

I just installed this board with a QX6850 and 8800 Ultra, all went fine and it boots ok. But now I am trying to add a new SATA drive/old drives from previous comp.

Device Manager shows the drive is connected but the drives refuse to mount/format.

    Any ideas?

You should use disk manager to import drives, is this what you are using?

Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management.

They should appear in the grey area with a (!) and when you right click it the option of importing will (hopefully) be available.

I'm sure it goes without saying but do *not* format or convert a drive with data on, use the import option only!
