At the end of the month, or into next moth I've heard.

If you're after a board sooner, it'd probably be best to go for a 965 chipset (QuadGT), or the IP35...

October according to various rumour mill websites. Asus will be probably first off the block as per usual.

    Re: what board

X38 boards will retail between 150 and 200 GBP.
They also speak about supporting only DDR3 although some manufacturers will offer DDR2 support.
Sounds like a lot of money to me.
Little bonus, they should also implement SLI but i guess these boards will be around 200£.
Like StoX said, I'd go for QuadGT or IP35.

x38'S BEGINNING of September QUADT version 1 month after.

X38 DDR3 ONLY , one month after this release will be the QUADGT version which is a DDR 2 version.

When I do get one, I may hold my review of the x38 untilthe QUADGT version is out, after all I cannot justify why people whould upgrade to DDR 3 WITHOUT seeing BOTH boards SIDE-By -side!

    Will keep[ you informed

No release dates have been confirmed yet for the X38 motherboards.

In this business release dates can change all the time.
