Exclamation I/O Adress Conflict with AN9 32X and Winsor 4200+

I bought my PC about 6 months ago. From the moment I recieved and put together the parts, the thing would just not work. I would get a crash about every 20 minutes, saying KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR. About a week ago, I replaced the HDD, which got rid of that error. However, now I am getting the error IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Abit assured me that this was the Video or sound card, both of which I have replaced. Im still getting the crash.

Upon further research, I noticed that, in my device manager, there is a device that reads "uguru microprocessor". uguru is the utility my motherboard forcefully uses to control and/or overclock the processor. I have reinstalled it several times, there isnt anything I can do about it. The resources under said device reads I/O adress 00E0 - 00EF. This conflicts with my motherboard resouces, which uses the same I/O address. It is listed under conflicts in my system information, and it has a red circle with a slash through it in the I/O address name. I have tried both XP and Vista, neither of which work. Driver reinstalls, rollbacks, BIOS tweaks and updates, hardware replacements, nothing works. I need to know what to do about this problem before I drive myself insane.

    Help apreciated.

Note: I have posted this same problem in the AMD forum with no responses over a 2 day period. Im walking over to the Abit side now, lets see how it holds up.

You say you have tried BIOS tweaks etc but... have you tried removing and disabling every non-critical device in the PC, i.e. Firewire controller, soundcard, so on, to see if you can prevent the error?

What do you mean by it conflicts with your motherboard resources? That is the name Windows gives it or? Can you provide a screenshot?

try bumping the Vcore up a notch.
Also, try increasing the DRAM voltage a notch.

In the device manager, the I/O adress is the same for both pieces of hardware. I am not sure how to take a screenshot of it, but I do know that it is very similar to having an IRQ or memory address problem, with the same outcomes and whatnot. It does cause crashes.

I have tried the stock settings of my BIOS, which do not seem to work. I have moved the vCore of my processor from 1.3v to 1.4v, and increased the FSB from 200 to 230 (11x = 2.2 Ghz > 2.54 Ghz). I do not know what settings to enable to configure for my RAM, if you wish to help me with that it would be appreciated, I have 1 GB PC2 6400 (DDR2 800) @ 667 Mhz. Running at 400 Mhz, timings are 5-5-5-12 with a 430w PSU. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate x86. Tweaked by disabling services, it runs better than XP now .

And yes, as mentioned, I have not only disabled, but taken out and/or replaced any extra devices.
