Computer Won't Turn On

ANY help would be appreciated greatly.

Basically my problem is that my computer will not even turn on. When I plug in the power supply and press ON it does not start up.

The motherboard make is an abit AV8. It has an LED on it and the numbers 02 (possibly 0.2) and 3 appear, one switching with the other at seemingly random, short intervals.

I have looked up in the manual what these numbers are and it says they are POST codes. However, these specific numbers do not appear in the manual's list of these codes.

What's the rest of your system?
Chance are that the 3 is in fact meant to be 8.3. (perhaps your LED has a faulty section?) in which case it's most likely your PSU that's the problem.

I did try another computer's PSU in it (I know that doesnt necessarily mean that the PSU is ok) but it still would not turn on.

After that a friend suggested that the CPU and RAM was not seated properly I've taken those out and put them back in. It now only has 0.2. as a POST code.

Any other suggestions?
