Unhappy IP-35 Pro + Raptor dont match??

Hi, i recently installed vista an my brand new £2,000 computer baught in parts from scan.
At first, vista said that it was not supported on my WD 150GB raptor but after a restart installed perfectly.

Now a message saying; "insert system disk" keeps comming up when loading my computer!
This is shown just after you choose to load from a CD or not when starting up.

I formatted the hard disk as windows detects it but still no luck!!
The bios is reading it but somehow this message still comes up!!!
Im in desperate need of help!!
    Thanks
    Ian Caruana

In the BIOS, what mode have you set for your SATA interface? AHCI or IDE?
