(Click Here) they have put on their website that the Abit IX38-Max (DDR3) has been cancelled & will be released in the new year as the Abit IX48-Max.
I dont suppose you can find out for me please?

Nothing is written in stone yet, should have an official answer by next week.
Ok thanks for the quick reply, appreciate it.
Whilst I disagree with the article's "Abit has been struggling to get its products to market on time, especially the Intel product range" (behind Asus & Gigabyte yes, but compare with the other smaller mobo companies & it's as good as or better) given the slow uptake on DDR3 & X48 coming out so soon after X38 it would make a lot of sense to me.
the X38 came out too early IMO, it was a rush job & a gap filler at that.
