Please can someone help me

Hi Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

A friend of mine has recently told me about overclocking my Graphics card he told me to use ati tool.
To be honest im not the best when it comes down to this sort of stuff i was wondering if anyone knows how far i can push my graphics card safely.

The card is

Ge-FORCE 6
6600LE
256MB DDR

Any help would be very appreciated.
