Exclamation ABIT IP35 PRO post 9.0 can't load bios help

first of all would like to say hi to everyone here

-I've been using my comp for the last 9 almost 10 months now with no problems at all. Just yesterday morning when i woke up and turn on the comp. all the power went on fine but nothing showed up on my monitor. no bios load or windows...

i researched on the problem with my POST being 9.0 - i have tried using 1 ram - 1 hdd - dvd - gpu - sound card - taking out my cpu, reseating & apply new artic gel on it -take out all parts one by one - DEEP CMOS reset -taking out the battery - switching a new power supply - holding INS while reseting
and somewhere in between doing those i would get the POST to 7F <think holding F1 > and it would stay a while then after a few reset it would go back to 9.0

    specs: Q6600 , 2 2gb ocz ddr2 , 2 hdd a 500gb & a 640gb, antec 500w earthwatt <came with the sonata II case> , 8800gt OC evga, just brought a seasonic 600w power supply

More times than not a 9.0 code will be the PSU, and given your using an Antec it makes the probability even more likely.
