AN52 Overclocking Failure Need Help!

Hey Guys

I have tried to overclock my AN52 board but have a problem. The screen wont post if I run it overclocked and turn off the computer. I tried various of overclocking setting and by only change the FSB 1% this problem will occur. And when I resetting cmos it posts and it turns on Safe Mode by default

But if I skip the "Computer shut down" I can run the computer smoothly overclocked. The highest I went on my AMD 4000+ X2 was 700mhz and the temp was ok. But i want to be able to post when i overclock, like normal. Not go through bios and make those settings every time.

AMD Athlon 4000+ X2
Chieftech 360W Power Supply.
Twinmos 1GB memory 800 MHz CL5 6-6-6-18 3-24-6-3 2T

Could it be my memory?

I can only run it at 5+ fsb over that computer dont post. Tried so many different things now. Maybe i should go with a Asus board instead?. I guess theres no modded bios for AN52 neither. Been looking for overclock specs for AN52 to but didnt find any.
