IP35pro and Q9400

Hi,

Got the P35pro with E7200.
When I tried to run a Q9400 the CPU showed P3 if I remember correctly.
Flashed to bios 17, and still the same.
Any ideas how to run the Q9400 on my IP35pro? Or should I stay with the E7200?

Install BIOS 17 using DOS.
Clear the CMOS memory and try again. It might work.

I went to the later version of BIOS present in the forum as Virtualization was not available for some reason in BIOS 17. Also the CPU temperature is wrong in BIOS 17.

Note: I am running Q9400 on ABIT IP35Pro, Windows Server 2008 x64 with Hyper-V

Isn't 18 the latest one? That might sort it out!

Yes 18 is the latest one. I downloaded it from

Note: It works perfectly fine with 17 too (Tested Vista business x32 and x64)
