    No Video Signal?

I just tried getting 2 computers running that have been in a closet for quite some time, dusted them off and nothing. computer A is running an Abit Nfs 7 mobo and computer B is running an abit av8 mobo. Both computers have the same problem, they start up and the HD light on the PCs shows that they are working yet I get no video signal. I swapped the VGA cable and the monitors and still nothing. Ive switched out the ram and HDs and still get nothing, any clue what the next step is?

    Hi man,

    Welcome to the Forum !

Try to make a clear CMOS on both, and check your power and PSU, did you cleaned the contacts of the VGA and Memory´s ?

Post the complete Rig´s settings, PSU, VGA, to give us one idea of what could be wrong...

    Good Luck

    Re: No Video Signal?

well im thinking if its been in the loft, without correct covers, since lofts are dusty, they could have been killed off.

but i would also say try making all the board to default, like the above cmos etc, and give the things a damned good blast.
