needed drivers for 945p-m3

I would imagine that you can get drivers from the usual component suppliers sites though e.g. Intel, realtek etc.

actually i need the ethernet driver and i couldn;t find it

a quick look suggests that there is a good chance that it will be a realtek 81xx chip but you can physically inspect the board to see what chip it use.
then go to that manufacturer's website ...

what OS & SP are you using?

i updated it to win 7 32bit
intel core duo
ATI RADEO GRAPHIC

on the board on the lan i found that

0701UA

and the bad is tha on the ecs site hasn t my motherboard

I'm surprised that W7 doesn't have a built-in driver for it - are you sure that it's enabled in the BIOS & that it isn't showing up in device manager?
I assume that it's an oem market mobo then rather than retail channel.
anyway, still nothing preventing you getting a driver from the device manufacturer's site.

i'm lookin for the same drivers you are! have you found any? i've managed to get the sound card drivers though.

just downloaded a ethernet driver from ecs, going to see if that does it.
