if you have your Windows CD you can boot from that & there should be a repair option.
You are strongly reccomended to back up your data first though .

Yeah Ive already backed up certain files and such. How exactly do I boot using the disk like that though? I cant access windows with that HD Is there a different route that Im either forgetting or not aware of?

Ah never mind, I remembered how to do it. Forgot I had to prioritize my disk drive.
