how good a cooler do you need it to be?
you could use something like a thermalright XP-120/Si-120 with the LGA775 adapter or an Si-128.

ZEROtherm CF800/900 is also very good cooler. Low profile with heatpipes.

Scythe has plenty top-down coolers. Kabuto and Zipang 2 are especially efficient and reasonably priced. Older models - Andy Samurai and Zipan 1 are also quite good if you can get them. Noctua NH U12P is v expensive, but also v efficient. You can also get Thermaltake Big Typhoon 14 Pro - quite cheap and capable.

Re: Horizontal Cooler for IP35 PRO

Big Typ is a good cooler, not best, not great, but solid. It will have no problems with your E8200, even if you want to OC it heavily. Thermaltake's products are usually more about style & bling, but this one is a good performer. If yoru choise is limited, then Tt BT will be OK
