I'm using the latest (last) BIOS version which I think was a beta. I've been able to run 750GB drives from the onboard SATA ports but I wasn't sure whether there is any limit in the BIOS to the supported drive size.

If you don't need to access (read/write) the drive in old, DOS-like environments, the BIOS limit (if there is one) can be a problem only if the boot/system partitions cross that limit. Modern OSes don't rely on BIOS for accessing HDDs.
Okay, thanks. I wasn't sure if the larger drives would have any issues being recognized in BIOS.
