    ABIT IP-35 Pro Memory

    Just got this board but I'm having problems with it. It come with 4gig of crucial Ballistix memory. 1066Mhz the setting should be 5-5-5-15. 2.ov but its not showing up as that. How to I change it in the bios to make it run at that speed ? It also has a Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 should I just leave that set on auto.

    Thanks guys

    Re: ABIT IP-35 Pro Memory

    The options for this are in the BIOS, either in the uGURU section or the one just below, can't remember off the top of my head. There will be an option to define memory by SPD(ight be listed as auto) or manually. You'll need to set it to manual then set the timings manually. However unless your speed settings are wrong enough to be causing you problems I would seriously consider leaving them, as they make very little difference in performance.

    More detailed instructions can be found in the manual. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/scott.d...3/ip35-pro.zip (Kudos to BUFF for the link)

    They will be the top 4 options in order. The final result should look something like this;
