Abit KN9 SLi PCI-e voltage help.

    Hi.
I’m setting up an Abit KN9 SLi and got stumped with the Molex 4 pin connector to the PCI-e.
Is this powered by the standard auxiliary power molex“12+v,Ground,Ground,5+v” or is there an adapter I need?
It has by the socket ATX 4P1 which is what confused me, as my PSU has the same ATX4P1 for the 12+ 4 pin for the motherboard power.
There is nothing in the manual about the correct voltages to this socket.
    Thanks...

    Hi,

The ATX4P1 is really only needed when running power hungry gfx cards/SLI & it takes a standard 4-pin molex connector like an optical drive etc.

    You need the square 4-pin ATX12V1 & the 20/24-pin ATXPWR1 connected though.
