    Faulty Antec HCP 750?

Hi, I bought a Antec HCP 750 last week and then found the pc keeps shutting itself down during tests like 3Dmark or furmark. Then I bought a Thermaltake PSU tester to test the psu and then found out that the psu shut down during the test. Does that mean this psu is faulty one? (I am pretty sure the circuit on my house is find cos everything else works fine on it) How could I start the replacement or refund procedure ? I have sent a refund request on scan website however no responding yet, should I just keep waiting or is there anything else I should do?

Hi, I replace it with a new seasonic psu, then my new rig works perfectly fine. However what annoys me is that they told me this psu has no problem. Hence I have no idea what was causing the problem.
