    Mac G4 Question

At my work, we have a guy who does all the publications for us, as Mac's are better for that kinda stuff (and its all he knows!) he uses the latest Dual Processor G4, funky looking thing it is!

Anyway, he is having a problem printing duplex to our HP8550gn, all the other PC's can print to it fine, using the duplexer. But when he tried on his mac, it doesnt do it.

Id like to look at the printer driver, and the settings... how do i get to these on a MAC? He doesnt know much about the MAC, settings wise only the programs he uses on it.

I think he must have an old driver on there, but i have no clue how to update it!
