Yes, they work, but you lose the use of special functions and, of course, they do not work at BIOS level.

This might help, someone managed to get the drivers from the Apple update for bootcamp, so you should get all the functionality you need. Not sure if it contains all the drivers for the trackpad too, but worth a try!
