hey there, i been reading apples return policy cause i just recieved a ipod shuffle and i think i may return it as i just picked up one of those sony nw-hd1's. I havent opened the ipod shuffle yet but i'd like to, to see what its like maybe i'd want to keep it. But whats apples return policy like on these if u open them? Their site is rather vague, so thought someone might know here.
If you can make it look like it hasn't been opened, then you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations.
If it's shrinkwrapped, this won't be possible.
the box itself is sealed. I guess if i really wanted I could sell it on after checking it if apple didnt play ball as they're in demand. They say I have 10 days in which I can return?
You could probably get almost what it cost back on eBay, people go crazy over new Apple products. Especially if there turns out to be a shortage.
i returned my 20" LCD last week to them, they have a 10 day no quibble return policy, they even picked it up for me
