my dads G4 is messed up part 2

ok he got his G4 back from repairs and it was working all afternoon but this evening its ****** up again this time he gets a box with a picture then a question mark poping up all the time

he's run the hardware test thing and it came up with somthing like logicboard error unet/4/16 whats this mean and any ideas on how to fix it?

If I understand correctly I would think that is the cpu board is it not? I'm not sure tho

Logic board is the motherboard. Does he get a little folder icon with a question mark? That means it cant find the system folder, so it maybe a hd problem

thats exactly what it is

so how would i get around this, he thinks he might have 2 system folders accidently which could be making conflicts also it wont let him run the restore disk to reinstall anything

there any way to format and reinstall everything?

Was it working before it was 'repaired'? If so, just ship it back to them and get them to sort it out.
