    PM G5 question

Got a dual 2.0gig G5 coming on tuesday, question is has anybody used geil RAM in there PM's? Got 4x 512mb sticks I can get cheap but i'm not sure how fussy the memory controler is in these systems.

    Cheers, Ryan.

As long as it's PC3200 CAS3 it sould work fine. I'd recommend buying from Crucial, though, as they guarantee compatability (it's what I have in mine).

Just in case anybody was interested the Geil didn't work at all. Funny thing is i bought 4x 512MB sticks of generic crap from my locak store for £31 a stick and there are working great.
