    Ack, Why?!

It looks like an industrial hoover! (though it will probably match the industrial hoover sound of most modern PC's )

Best to contact Apple though and see what they say....

Nah - Its a nice bit of kit... shame the performance if the G5 aint all that... Im a little dissapointed - even me being a mac basher for a long time, actually now like using them, but after seeing the odd comparison between G5 and AMD64.... Ho Hum....

You wont be able to get an empty case for a while
You will only get one if someone decided to empty their g5 and the sell the case for a fortune on ebay.

Apple resellers probably wont sell them, they have a contractual obligation not to from apple.

Heck Apple Resellers cannot even buy them, heck we have enough trouble getting in complete G5's.
Apple Repair Centres are the only people who can buy parts and they are not allowed to sell most items on!

The G5 is fantastically quiet the fans barely move!, you wouldn't want to spil a drink through the holes though. The whole design on it is excellent!

    BUT

It's huge!!!! and heavy, and the handles are built for style over comfort!

I think they're nice. The temperature controlled zones are quite cool!
