    20" iMac

firstly thats a big screen on a stick.

What a cool idea but most people who need that much real estate will surely want a G5 by now?
The favorite Mac I've worked on is my 17", largely because it had a the excellent swivel and wide screen and was compact well still being really fast. I do web development so don't need DTP type space or video speed!

Is this one step to far? For my use a 1.25GHz G4 is plenty fast!

be a cracking machine for the lounge, almost as big as most peoples TVs.

And why pay the same money for a G5 when you can have a G4/Screen combo etc?

20" really isn't big at all. Can't see anyone nowerdays using anything smaller than a 24" in the front rooms at a minimum.

Though what is the native Res of that LCD?

I've played with them, and they are lovely pieces of kit. res is 1680 x 1050, and, as usual, the screen is perfection in itself. Its widescreen too, and I myself would love to have one in my living room.

Ill post some pictures of them in the flesh soon

Lots of people like to have big screens but don't need all the features of a G5. Looks a bit too big for the base though.
