I use Firefox and prefer it to Safari. Haven't really used Camino enough to make a judgment. As for IE, you must be kidding. One of the nice things about having a Mac is that you can be completely rid of IE.

I use firefox and opera when it doesn't work with something. Never really got into safari personally.

safari is much quicker than firefox on my mac, i find it really sluggish.

i also much prefer the RSS reader on safari.

however there are a lot more add-ons for firefox

I use firefox on my mac for main browsing, but recently it has crashed on me twice.

I use firefox on my PC as well so it just makes it easier using the two browsers as I am familiar with all the hings and they are pretty simple and quick to use.

I used to use opera as my secondary browser on mac but that kept on causing a few problems.

I use safari now for my secondary browser, and for ebay n stuff (to keep my email accounts seperate).

firefox's ui just doesn't "fit in" on a mac - camino does the same job as a rendering engine, but a more mac-like experience

I use Safari simply because it works the quickest and seems the least memory hungry (although leaving it open 5-6 days with several sets of tabs does pull upwards of 1.4GB VM).

I use FF on my mac and at work on my Windows machine. The plugins are now so good I can sync everything I do with it so it's like I'm always using the same setup.

I have had a look at some other browsers and none offer the same advantages FF has over the market.

I like Safari's look & feel but there are too many small annoyances with it- such as Google search box searches .com, not .co.uk (and opens search in current tab), context menu items are slightly annoying (I don't always want to download a file to the same default location, and I doubt I will ever need to add an image to my iPhoto library from a webpage), history can't be organised by site, dragging an url from highlighted text to the tab bar must have a http:// prefix... etc etc
(I've now found that holding alt in a context menu gives you the option to 'save as...', which is a godsend)

So I tend to use Firefox, which occasionally eats my CPU but is generally well behaved and has fast page searching and some nice extensions.

Voted for Firefox - simple reason in that some sites don't seem to work with Safari (ordering from PCWorld - c@s, comes to mind). Apart from that, both are great browsers imo

On my old mac (G3 - 300mhz OS X) Opera seems to be the quickest out of all of them...

On my new macbook I am using Firefox 2.0. haven't had any problems.

I use FF on my Windows Desktop also. I use a few plug ins that can be used on both operating systems.

I'm glad to be rid of IE6 and 7 now!

Voted Firefox. I used safari exclusively for 3 weeks to see if I'd like it. I switched back to firefox because I liked things like double clicking on the tab bar to bring up a new tab and double clicking on a tab to close it (with an extension). It was the little things like that that made me change back.
