Did anyone else get the Ministry of Sound Annual 2007?

CD1 refuses to play on my iBook. CD2 and the DVD play fine but not CD1. The CD says put into your PC to unlock extra content - could this be why?

I thought CD was a standard and couldn't be messed with too much ala Sony lawsuit - anyone else?

Hi there, I guess this must be related to the bonus content on that first disk - usually those sorts of disks just mount as 2 CDs on the Mac. Sadly I have a MacBook not an iBook but will try the CD on there later on and see if it works.

Hmmm, it won't be rootkit as I have several rootkit disks that all work fine on my mac. It is probably the mac only recognising the data and not the audio - does it not come up in iTunes at all?

Tried this on my MacBook now and all plays fine - just appears as two separate CDs.

I put it into the iBook, it whirs for a short while then gets spat out again. Plays fine on a normal CD player which is why I reckon taking the CD back will do nothing.

Perhaps it's something to do with the older mac hardware if it plays ok on a Macbook?
