Michelin Energy or Continental PremiumContact?

May have posted something like this in the past, so apologies but I couldn't find it.

For a mkIV Astra dti which would be better, considering factors of:
-Grip
-Low rolling resistance
-Longevity
-Noise

in roughly that order?

The Energy could be 175/70/r14 or 185/65/r14, the Conti only the latter I think.

Goodyear Eagle F1 if grip is your top priority. If you want to mix some Longevity into it without losing too much grip - try a set of Toyo T1. Both are very good and nothing from Yokohama, Mitchelin, Continental comes close to the Eagles.

I found eagles to be also quieter than the pirelli p6000 i had earlier (as they have more of a continuous tread rather than the bumpety bump of the conventional designs). They are a bit cheaper than michelins and the like too. And should be quite cheap on smaller sizes.

They don't seem to make the Eagle F1 or the Toyo T1s in the size I need

What are the Toyo CF1s like?

Ah high profile ones. Hmm you may have to stick to less "sporty" models of tyre
