top 10

Was looking through the top 10 of everything earlier and saw that out of the top 10 fastest accelerating cars in the world 7 are british. And that isnt including the nut-machine cars like the Tiger, Radicles, Westfields things like that. With those included i think we would be looking at about 9 spots. What also got me a little angry was that the Bugatti Veryon wsa the fastest and if im correct it hasnt even finished development yet so im not to sure how that got the fastest production car ever.

its not, there's a twin busa engined caterem that currently holds it at 2.8 seconds which is faster than the veyron iirc

Theres a twin LET Nova that does it in 2.3 IIRC....

not a production car though, there are top fuel dragsters that do 0 - 100 in less than that but they don't count

its a Tiger not a chateram (looks identcal though) has two 1200CC motorbike engines powering all 4 wheels, each engine comes with 200bhp and in total it weighs 480kg, 0 - 60 2.8s 0 - 100 6 seconds and 0 - 125 in 9 seconds! Also the radical turbo does 0 - 60 in sub 3 seconds.

Wouldnt say the cats were standard production cars either tbh...

no but you can buy a pre-built version. Their more of a production car than any dragster or Veryon.
