Damn, missed it

I wouldn't hold your hopes up, apparently (according to those in the know) top gear want to test drive the sv with nos, but as there hasn't been one made yet - it's unlikely to happen any time soon

Also the reason Clarkson had difficulty getting the thing into 3rd was because the synchromesh had gone on that gear - MG sport and racing had to change the gear box.

For those that are interested - this is the car that the sv is based on (MG-R brought the company)
