    Petrol!!! Not Happy

    How come petrol is cheaper down south than it is it the North East!!!!


    I filled up on the way home.... 72.9p per litre!!!!!!!!!!!


    I pay about 77.9p up here!!!

    ITS NOT FAIR!



    I managed to get 46 MPG from my car on a long run. Not bad. Average speed of 70.1MPH

    79.9-81.9 for Sans PLomb round yurr, and a fairly steady 81p for diseasel

    You're kidding, right?! Most places round here are 76-77, but when I was in Yorkshire at Christmas I regularly saw 74 and 73p.

    74.9 is the cheapest I've seen it in my area.

    I use that new BP blue handled crap, its like 81.2p up here compaired to the normal stuff 76.?p
    Mind u I have a fuel card at work so I dont actually pay for any of it, ahem, feck hope the boss dont realise n ask me to do my mileage sheets b4 I leave....

    use the aa - they have a service which will show you the cheapest fuel in your area, and also have a fuel price/area guide.

    cheapest town is apparently the wirral at 72.75p/litre

    looking at the graps - december 2001 it was under 70p/litre national average

    My mom has told me about them too, Tho the cheapest around here seems to 76.9p and it seems to be the same between all of the garages near me

    saw it at around £0.91 / litre in Marlborough (Wilts) on my old commute, so it's nice to get it @ 0.73 up here now

    Apparantley the cheapest round here is Sainsbury's. I think they mean the arnison centre one.......

    Yeah I noticed this the other week, normal petrol from BP was 71.9 on saturday so I stuck in some of the blue handle stuff at 76.8 instead, just to give me car a little clean out with something nicer before it goes back to it's cheap and nasty fuel

    It always seems to enjoy a higher ron fuel through it once in a while but no point spending out on it all the time, it's only a smoker as trig can testify to

    Think I've actually seen a tesco's round here with fuel close to 70p tho, hopefully pip under 70 soon, bit of a knock on effect of the finding of Sadaam mebe
