Bought that for £650 when the cambelt snapped on the old one..
The plan is in motion but its moving slowly at the mo, should be getting the new engine end of this month early next, then shes off to the body shop to get the rear 1/4's and sills replaced, when I get her back I should hopefully have the new interior if I can find some leather out of a Turbo/CDX, long term I also want a 5 stud conversion and some throttle bodies as the target is 200Bhp+ and I want Vectra GSi wheels but they only come in 5 stud....
At the minute the plan also includes keeping the white cav, stripping it out as much as possible and using it for track days, this includes sellin the plate thats on it (£400) and all the interior to fund parts on the other cav, if that doesnt happen then I'll prolly just sell it as it stands - the plate, should make my money back on it tbh, I'll sell it for 4-500 someone will buy it at that, theres nowt wrong with it apart from the fact the exhausts fallin off but thats easily fixed, arches are solid which is a shock hehe...
why not just swap the engines and ditch the one with th boned engine?
hughlunnon@yahoo.com | I have sigs turned off..
I thought about that but dont have the time to do an engine swap, cant be off the road, plus the grey one needs new arches so the idea is to run the white 1 while the grey ones being fixed up properly...
