My Clio 172 went a bit wrong yesterday. I was pulling away and suddenly the engine spluttered and died. I turned the key and the engine revved to buggery before subsiding slightly and then dying again. That's all it now does, and the accelerator peddle feels loose. Is this going to be as expensive as it sounds?
