    Beware Thatcham level crossing!

Let me tell you this sounded a hell of a lot worse than it actually is!

I went over it probably 5mph faster than normal, due to the lights coming on 10m before i came to it. Made all the difference

But it's only £7.35 for a new one.

    Ho hum

It's the front splitter. I've caught mine a few times... just. but never managed to tear it off. Unlucky shad... thats also a good price for a new one

Yeah the rubber splitter has been ripped from the bumper. The splitter is now actually broken so it cant be used again. The new one will be bolted on apparently, which probably means that next time it'll do a lot more damage

Nahhh there's loads of tread left on them front ones - they're only 5 months old! The rear ones however...

The fronts might be a bit lower after Sunday though... but the first thing on my list of 'car mods' currently is 4 GTA wheels and 4 Eagle F1's

    *ahem* Alfas

My dealer buddies can get the wheels for approx £700 and a set of tyres is going to cost around £400 (215/45/17). They're the cremé-de-la-cremé of Alfa wheels so their exclusivity has given them a high price tag. I'm not buying anything until I've paid off my card which took a hit with my Shuttle recently
