Raz325 or Raz635

I wouldn't say anymore so than a standard BMW, we used to get some M3/5's that were in awful states that never had regular services that still ran fine. Obviously a well looked after one would be nicer but as long as the car is checked over before purchase I wouldn't worry if history was missing from a car that age.

iirc the M635CSi engine is the same 286bhp one that went in the M1... EVO mag ran an M-article a couple of months back, Bimmer pr0n tbh..

yup...think you're right. The M1 was a marvel of a car..but there's soooooooo few of them

The engine in the M625 was indeed from the M1, which in itself was a great idea but poorly executed. They look great, go better, handle well etc but you can see absoloutly bugger all out of them! I have had to reverse one out of the smallest space and it was one of the scariest things I have ever done. Oh and they are all LHD.

As for the 190, the 2.5 16v Cosworth was an animal, better than the E30 M3 IMO. The 2.6 is also a fantastic car but not as sporty or on edge but is a much better cruiser, my Dad had one years ago and it was great.

,,,, exactly my thoughts...the 2.6 was a good 325 competitor, the Cosworth a good M3 competitor.
