As it was insured for $1.3 million, i think its worth a hell of a lot more than $350k as new. As its trashed, someone would have ot be very rich to repair it!
1.3mil! Slightly modded then?
288GTO please
Wol
Aparently it will start and run? How's that possible ? Lol

Because it looks like everything behind the a-pillar is basically intact and being a rear engined car the engine and drivetrain are most likely all but perfect.Originally Posted by Howard
Prolly looks worse than it is simply because its made of carbon fibre which means the entire front end has disintegrated.
How good would that lookOriginally Posted by Butuz
Ferarri would have to repair it as well so the buyer will be "had over a barell"
Yeah, as Knox said. All the engine bits are behind the driver so they'll all be intact most probably, not all you can't do is put your luggage in the 'boot' (under the bonnet). If you pulled the exess off and replaced the tyres and an axle it'd prob still drive fine as well.Originally Posted by Howard
Carbon fiber is quite expensive to fix but $350,000 + some carbon fiber, maybe a new axle, steering bits and your looking ALOT less than $1.3mil!

sod carbon fibre.... fibre glass would do the trick... and once all smoothed and painted it would be very hard to tell.
I bet theres some kit car kits for the enzo soon. My bets you could adapt a kit to fix this mess.
It may not be perfect but its a cheap repair solution and who's gonna know the difference? Could you spot a slight error on a Ferrari? Of course you couldn't since you don't see them everyday.

You'd know the difference if you crashed again, as the fibre glass would kinda melt and instead of being surrounded by a cockpit stronger than steel that collapses in a controlled manner absorbing far more engergy in doing so than any metal, you would probably er - dieOriginally Posted by XTR
