jammy bastard !
Thats nice you jammy steward you.
A friend of mine has the 2.5 V6, which I have to say is pretty gutless, that one the op is driving must widdle all over it.
yes, the S is a different animal. I have driven the standard boxster and its not a patch on the S.

No Boxster is a V6.
Yeah the 2.5 is a bit flat, but still drives great. You just can't exploit the chassis in the same way as you can with the bigger engines. Even then it's still fairly 'safe' feeling and never gets frantic. Still nice motors - you just need to spec the leather option otherwise the plastic interior is a bit ming!
Its Monday now - back to your Mazda with you!

Not until 5:00PM assuming the mazda passes the MOT.

ONLY 266bhp? How weedy is THAT from a Porsche
Not that I am green with envy that you get to drive such a lovely car...
Jay, is yours a MK1, 2, 2.5 or 3 "roadster"?
its a Mk 2.5
Its changed a bit since this pic though.

You gonna S/C or T/C?
I vote T/C ; nothing beats the whoosh and noise from a big lazy Turbo
Have you played around with the Boxter S on roads? How does it compare with your Roadster?
The Boxster feels like a big heavy lump compaired to the Roadster, I love the go-cart style driving of the Mazda but I also love the raw power of the Boxster.
I have never tried an RX-8
The Mazda passed its MOT without any issues at all so the porsche has gone back. I have been told I can use it any time I want but I really do think that the Roadster is just so much more fun.

they build them to last. My mate had one a and forgot to check the oil and water. When it went for a service they told him he had been running with no oil or water! They serviced it and it started first time, no problems and is still running today.

I jinxed my car. It broke down round the back of stores at work today. Just wouldn't start for a good 30 minutes. Managed to limp it back to where my office is...
