The Fast and the Furious - It's Back!

    Yes people it's back!

There I was trolling through the future of the local cinema on the quicktime website when I came across the return of Vin Diesel ..... in a Dodge Charger

Yes it's cheesy and that S2000 really was pink but I don't care.

If you look closely at the trailer you may see one of my all-time favourite Fords hidden away amoungst all the sequined autos - and yes some true Ford nuts will scream sacrilege - but I just can't wait to see it

    Find the trailer HERE

Can you tell what it is yet?

Meanwhile it's time to pick a showing and head off to see 'The Statham' and his gun toting Mustang in Deathrace 3000

*goes looking for an old copy of Dark Future muttering brummmm brummmm dakka dakka dakka under his breath*

Deja Vu...very sure we covered this before elsewhere on hexus, with people pointing out the new scooby and the RS200 or did I dream it?

    Oops

No doubt they'll be another one closer too the time!

Mind you that thread was far more of a film critique than just a pure and simple oggling of the automotive goodness

Speaking of which - Car or Evo, can't remember which, featured Stig Blomqvist a few years back armed with an almighty RS200. If you've not read about it before here's some blurb

I agree. All 3 have been terrible as films, but there's something strangely erotic about them

Re: The Fast and the Furious - It's Back!

I thought the original was a bit crap, seeing as it was mainly about 1/4 mile street racing- last time I checked you weren't that fast if a quarter of a mile took over a minute? Didn't stop me ragging my MR2 on the way home from the cinema though.

    Didn't see the two sequels.
