Quick Poll...

It was quite foggy here yesterday, but not ridiculously foggy - you could still see a fair way. There was however, people that saw fit to put their fog lights on, and burn the retinas of people following them.. and then of course were the people that didn't put ANY lights on at all, or drove round on sidelights (think choccy teapots etc).

So... which is more annoying? I know which one is more dangerous, but that's not the question. I'm after the most annoying one, the one that makes you want to jump out of you car and beat the idiot around the skull with a large fish......

No lights at all in weather like that, they need to be beaten with a large bat.

If it's clear enough I'll overtake any twonk with their fog light on.

The way I see it, if the fogs thick enough not to overtake then the light won't be annoying me

Side lights or no lights is more dangerous though I agree, so.. that one I guess.

Though I have found a hidden feature on my car - the rear spoiler means no rearward visibility, but also no fog light numpties bothering me

Frankly both are dangerous but I voted for fogs on as it winds me up something silly.

Only disadvantage is I don't get a rear wiper and the lower perspex part takes ages to demist - can see sod all out of the back

Boy racers driving around in their mum's shopping wagon with the fog lights on = back hander slap round the chops. Talking of idiot boy racers I saw a bog standard corsa being ragged around corners on the estate the other day - with 5 inside just as the schools were kicking out - the body roll on it was abysmal (presume at least in part due to being fully laden). Made it very easy to see how people roll these things when driving around like prats which has been a bit of an issue near me as there's a fast hill onto a roundabout --> 1st exit onto a 'dual carriageway' - actually just a two lane road onto the estate - there's very good visibility before and onto the roundabout and you can carry a bit of speed if you want to but 60mph round a bend in a fully laden shopping trolley is not a smart idea....

True enough, however pop the wingmirror, redist on and the top screen clears in a couple of mins and in rain the water doesn't settle.
