Re: Bought an Integra DC2 this week :)

Heh, went to the junkyard, couldn't even sell it on ebay, had 9 people not show up in a row !

I'm currently running KU31's on it in 195/50/15, RE010's are impossible to find now. The KU31 in 50 suits it well, in 55 the sidewall is too soft, decided on them after recommendation from itr-dc2 and ocuk from people that had used them on the Integra / EK9. Was about £155 fitted and balanced all round!

Next thing I plan to do is replace the suspension bushes and ball joints (with the standard kit), they feel a bit worn now.

Then I'll replace the AEM cold air intake (this is the only non standard thing on it) with a Mugen replica airbox. One guy on itr-dc2 fits them. I'll lose the nice intake sound, and it'll sound more like stock, but with ~10bhp over stock. Should be able to sell the AEM intake + filter along with the OEM box/filter to cover the cost of the Mugen replica

    PetrolHead, the problems I've had..

Drivers side window motor has blown (need to replace it, it's jammed 'up' thank god) and the central locking motor has also packed in. So using keys to lock, then the button just for the alarm.

Not only does my car look identical to yours but it is suffering from the almost the exact same problems. I need the rear trailing arm bushes replacing soon, an engine mount and my central locking has started acting up in the last few days. Looking at the history these will be the first ever repairs that have needed doing, not bad in 10 years.

He worked for that Tegiwa Imports place, and they let him use their workshop when he needs it, so you basically pay for parts and cheap labour
