    had my first off

I've been riding for almost a year as a learner and had my first crash today. I'm pretty sore but all in all its not too bad - i got up after a few seconds and walked away.

the accident is a bit of a blur but i remember having to avoid someone in the middle of the road around a blind corner. I lost the front on the grass bank which flipped me over the top. it really hits home the importance of full protective gear, my helmet needs replacing for precautionary sake, my gloves jacket and trousers should be ok but i'll look at them tomorrow when I'm feeling better.

...its funny what shock does to you, as soon as I was alone I burst of crying! hah

Or stay off in case next time there happens to be a brick wall in your trajectory.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

nowt wrong with that mate... it when people loose it AT the scene or immediately after that it's tricky. But dealing with it all at the time, sorting yaself out and THEN falling apart,... quite acceptable
