Yeah - I've seen the kits that do that. Normally the flames quite a bit smaller than that, although with some rich tuning you could achieve that affect

My bike can do a little blue flame without a kit, the old kill swtich technique.

Tends to make rather a loud bang at the same time though so it's best not to do it near any old ladies
