Even more so when you consider that I've got a nice Milltek exhaust on the car.

I rarely drive in MK though. Between my house and the office (26 miles or so) there are only about 5 roundabouts.

The fuel economy is mostly down to my heavy right foot

Very nice, I briefly toyed with the idea of a Passat R36, but the lack of a manual and the price sort of put me off a bit!

Whilst driving through MK in the ST220 my fuel economy plummets!
The heavy right foot is still present whilst driving everywhere else and I can still manage 30MPG

Re: Got my new car today

    Quick update on my car.

Today i took my nephew out in it. He's only 5 and he seemed a little bit dissappointed in it when i turned up (i suppose he's use to my Audi S5).
Well i took him out and his face soon lit up when i put the pedal down. I don't think he expected a big car to move so fast.

My wife also had here first drive in it today and she doesn't like it to much. She says it to complicated with the "weird" gearbox (although it can be used as an auto). But then she didn't like the S5 much and she hardly drives my car.

The keyless yesterday paid for itself as i came out of work and it was raining and instead of fumbling about for the keys i just opened the door.
Plus the heated windscreen this morning worked wonders to get rid of the frost.

Although one thing i found which could possible get a bit annoying is the boot. It huge! Yesterday i went to get my bag out of it and i had to pretty much climb inside the car to reach it and i'm a fairly tall guy. Good for when the baby arrives though.

But i got some pictures though for you. Sorry about the ice on the car but i took them outside my parents house where'd i'd stayed over night due to visting the family.
I may try and get some more when it's sunny again.

Yet again thoug hpictures don't do it justice. It isn't as dumpy as it looks in the photo's. I think when it's ben resized the aspect ratio's been messed up.

Wouldn't a car seat be better?

    Nah.

Much quieter if it's in the boot.
