Clio 16v comes out the paint shop... serious 56k warning!

Check this out - it's absolutely blummin mint now. Had to drive it back from the paintshop for a mate. The inside and engine bay are full of dust ( that's this weeks job, ) but the outside.. well, I'll let the pics do the talking.

    That looks mean!

As I said in the fave colour thread, dark metallic blue looks great!

    Good job there!

IMO valvers look best with no mods or very subtle mods, and that is a beautiful example of one!

It was sunny - like I say it had literally just come out the body shop after they'd washed it for the final time to get the mopping dust off it - it was still dripping.

Can't polish it for 2 weeks until the paint has properly hardened off - just a precaution to make sure we don't damage it. It's still shiny as feck though even without polish!

That's the standard "Sport blue" Trig, though with the fading light I think the camera didn't pick the colour up quite right. I think the respray cost about £800 in all with all the arch work and stuff done to get rid of the rust.

I think it looks way, way better without the badges. I'm gonna lose my front badge ASAP
