Saab's new concept car - The Phoenix

I know Saab are in a bit of bother just now but I think this concept car is beautiful: http://www.saab.co.uk/gb/en/start#/Cars/phoenix/intro/

Have a look at the 360degree images.

Re: Saab's new concept car - The Phoenix

what you see is pretty much the front of the new 9-3 replacement which will be a hatch more than likely.

    Pretty isn't she?

    the dash is pretty special.......
as is the part time electric 4wd system.. and the BMW sourced 1.6 litre turbo.

there's a long way to go, but it'll be great fun getting there....

I wish someone would be willing to fix my 9-5 looks like I am going to have to scrap it :-( Nice concept car just can't look at a saab at the moment.

Re: Saab's new concept car - The Phoenix

Why do modern cars have to have bigger and bigger wheels? Looks pretty, but on our local pothole ridden roads that is going to handle like a dog.

Re: Saab's new concept car - The Phoenix

That's very pretty but I tend not to get all that excited about concepts. Most of them never get near production and the ones that do get toned down to the point where they just capitalise on the concepts success by making the new car look a bit like the concept. I'd be surprised if the final product bears more than a passing resemblance to the concept. Prepare for all the more radical features to be toned right down.

no... you'll be ok to get excited about this one

whole front end will come across I think.....rear end cant work in modern living so that;ll swap... to the new 9-5 arse end but with a hatch most likely.

    pretty car... trust.
