Do u mean 'how DOES he get paid' or 'how MUCH does he get paid.'

In answer to the first, sponsers, adverts (i suppose) mclaren salary. And he doesnt have to spend money on cars

In answer to the second, lots and lots.

nah schumy makes 50m a year due to salary and sponsors. not bad for driving fast twice a month.

yep Schuey makes pure £££££ he si the richest driver by far. infact i think he gets as much as all the other drivers combined?

DC makes a nice living for sure and he loves Monty Carlo (tax haven)

iirc I heard the figure of £6m per year from McLaren for Couthard, but that might have been in the late 90's

when u include sponsorship and the likes yes probably, mclaren are prolly closer to £10m or something now too i expect

i read in the f1 racing mag he gets just over 6.5 million a year
tho that could be $ not sure tho

After starting his F1 career in 94-95 with Williams,
Coulthard has been with Mclaren since '96. Total
career earnings on track are put at over $26.5m.
The scot's anunual earnings are now over $6.5m.
Off track, monaco-based Coultard has a 3 year
deal with Warsteiner beer reckoned to be worth
$16m. Coulthard is investing shrewdly perticularly
in the recently opened Columbus hotel in monaco.
